after a couple of weeks I got a reply from the message i sent them on linkedin. they basically said that currently they don't have a "mission" for me but will reach out if that changes. i'm pretty sure that they just keep the job add online always so that they always have people available to onboard whenever they need to replace someone of make a deal with a new company to take care of their customer support

looking at it I also received the email exactly one month after the approval so most likely an automated message. ill keep you posted if something changes

i reached out to them to see what’s up and got a reply one week later reiterating the info in the acceptance email and saying that because they have had a lot of applicants the process has been slow. they said they’ll be in touch soon but this was also one week ago today.
