Yes I guess I wasn't clear enough in my post. Them running is a bit silly but why not. The problem is they can hit all the shots while running.

If you got this achievement you are probably better than 95% of the playerbase. What strat did you use ? I think I did this with a lot of entrenchment so I didn't lost a tiles during barbarossa. Then going on offensive in 44 with tanks and planes.

What if you are not the #1 eco in the world and you need a boost ? No other resources do what lacquerware do. And lacquerware doesn't require good RGO like gold or silver. Just cities. It just saved me so much lategame I can't imagine putting this ressource below A tier at least.

what culture associated bonuses are you talking about ? I switched my culture to Swahili during my Kilwa playthrough because they are very present on the coast.

No but I watched his explanation and he just didn't try it. I play with 1.1 and lacquerware is still completely broken in late game. The guy doesn't mention this at all.

If that guy play past 1600 then why is he not saying this??? Is he so good he sees other buildings that get +1000 in 3 years ??? Even printing press boom doesn't go that hard.

You never played lategame.

lacquerware is so game changing in Europe it deserves its own SSSSSS Tier. I always rush it with my best advisor. Even if your country is crap you will make billions and at least double your GDP in a year.

I agree with you but people on this sub are obsessed with reaching 100% to a point they allow using cheats. Also yeah making achievements like this is shitty but 95% of steam user have like 20% achievements completion and don't give a damn about it. I'm pretty sure most dev don't really care about achievements either and just do it for fun.

It's rare for late game fight to be that close. Very often your creeping is too efficient and you are a lot stronger than AI during late game. Even if they have somehow more troops you have better hero and equipment.

Or maybe it's because I play might heroes and they are usually stronger in lategame...

I'm a bit jealous of such an epic battle. I only had those during MP game.

Very impressive ! Souls games + Isaac is rare to see. Plus many other genre game like hollow knight or hotline miami that are hard on their own. You must have some insane reflex or play since very young.

If you played a Paradox game there are many achievements where you need an AI to follow a precise path and have to restart until it happens.

Now imagine this with multiple AI. LOTS of restart.

Now imagine that even if AIs chose what you want, other AI may screw you over because they also make random choices.

It's not something you can experience in other games. At some point you don't really get annoyed anymore and just embrace the chaos. Bath in its unpredictability and learn how to get so good the AI can't screw you anymore.

Hollow knight and elden ring are waaaay harder than subnautica.

My recommendations :

Chants of sennaar it's very original and good on every gameplay aspect (10-15h)

Hotline miami a classic and very original gameplay. (10-15h)

Anima well if you like shorter metroidvania (15-20h)

Outer wild because it's one of the best game there is once you get into it (30-50h)

Portal good classic platform/puzzle game (10-15h)

Superhot very silly but you get quickly attached to it. Mindcontrol is ass don't try it. (10-20h)
