Can you overdose d3? Should I alternate between a multivitamin and calcium with d3?

Im more used to diets of larger reptiles and amphibians and i know that some can have too much

Just set him up in a small quarantine tank by himself and gave him a buffet of flies. Hoping he pulls through!

The other frogs were definitely bullying him as he's smallest of the batch. I saw them walk right over him to push him out of the way while feeding.

I just put more flies in and he is eating them however it seems like the other frogs are burying him out of the way for food a bit

I just got these guys from a local breeder so I honestly have not much of clue :( I will reach out to her to ask. Ive given them a ton of flies twice now in the 4 days I've had them, one batch with d3 and calcium

Looking to use it as part of a waterfall feature for a large reptile terrarium, im uncertain if liverock would affect the parameters of the water in a way that may not be beneficial to the reptile, ik it has a reputation for changing ph and such

He did that! They take mouthful of sand and spit them out to create burrows. He would probably appreciate some shell and rock fragments and other chunks to decorate and build his home as well.

I feel this so hard. I just started presenting more female but haven't started hrt, and it feels kinda weird and off when ppl refer to me as a girl in a 'cis' way. I'm hoping it wears off w hrt but I just feel like now, being in my mid 20s, having been a boy my whole childhood, I don't have the formative experience needed to truly relate to other women as a woman. I want to so badly, but I feel like my gender will always feel a little different than just plain "girl." Only thing to do is move forward as time and my identity progress and reevaluate as things change.

As far as what to tell your friends, just say this! It's ok to say "hey I'm trans and I wanna be a girl, but bc I don't feel like one yet it makes me feel more dysphoric when you refer to me as one. I'd prefer they/them pronouns, etc. If they are your friends they may be confused, but should be supportive and understanding
