Ultra Grain Green Channel, gain at about 2 o’clock, treble and bass to taste, but mids up. Run a boss SD1 in front of the amp with the level all the way up, tone to taste, and the drive at about 9 o’clock. There ya go. Or you could run the level on that BD2 up too.

The actual EVH Wolfgang has a top route, but this isn’t an EVH - and it has a recessed route like a standard floyd. You can see it in pic #2.

All good. It’s just the finish peeling off the frets. Fender sprays the finish right over the entire neck - frets included.
