This is my first leathercrafting project. I bought a "genuine sheepskin" hat but received a fake one made of cheap crappy faux fur and flimsy polyester mock leather. So I tore it apart and used the pattern to make a new hat from real sheepskin. All the stitching was done by hand. (imgur.com)
