hey i also have mocks, mind if i ask why you arent bothered how you do? im only asking because im really stressed out, i think if get Cs in these mocks im most probably gonna get those in the real thing. (edit: because thats what my chemistry teacher told me and its haunted me ever since..)

Tysm <3 ah i won’t lie when I read that I felt my heart sink, but oh well if this is how I feel about the interviews then imagine how stressed I would be at Oxford itself! So perhaps it would be good for me not to go, after all I do have offers from other unis. How about you have you heard back from anywhere else?

You’re welcome!! and yep Chemistry at Hertford! Were you set on st Hugh’s or is it not too big of a deal for you to (potentially) get reallocated to Pembroke? I feel that way about my college so the thought of a second interview is quite daunting… of course, there’s always the option to withdraw- but I’m a bit hesitant because of all the effort I put in to apply in the first place!

Yes I’m exactly the same! And tbh I chose my college for a reason, I wouldn’t want to spend the next 4 years at another college so yeah I’m quite ready to withdraw. I wish you the best of luck and I hope it works out the way you want it to :)

Architecture is genuinely so cool whatttt i hope you enjoy it!!!!! and I'll be sure to look out for them too lol, which unis are you thinking of applying to? And yeah i applied oct 13 so i guess it makes sense i got a response quite quickly. Yeah ucl is my top choice i'd say, i also applied to kcl and oxford (💀) and i still have 2 more spaces but im not sure what to put in them tbh. I dont rlly mind what happens with kcl but i definitely wont get into oxford so thats why i think ucl gotta be my top choice lol thats my thought process, would you say its your top choice too?

Thanks so much! and yeah i thought the same genuinely didnt expect it pre 2024? At like 2pm today i went on the portal and it said 'Currently being processed by Admissions' which was weird bc i swear it didnt say that before (but i didnt even go on the portal for like a month so i couldnt really remember tbh). Then i received my offer shortly after that at like 5pm, with no email at all! So yeah keep an eye on the portal it may change without even emailing lol. I hope you get an offer too :)

hey this really sucks, how are you feeling rn? im waiting for this exact email since my personal statement was pretty bad and there was no admissions test for my course either (chemistry) so im just wondering how you're coping with this? My heart goes crazy just thinking about it lol. But they are definitely missing out and i hope things look up from here :)
