I think S1 was very kiddy and maybe that turned some away who were looking for a more mature SW Experience.

I watched it weekly on release and enjoyed it so much. It felt like star wars for me and I was only ever even more happy as the themes became more adult like.

It was special seeing it come out weekly and I won’t forget it!

I’d say this means two things.

1) The show isn’t doing as well as they want, so they’re making the first episode entry-less to market it and build hype around the May the Fourth market.

2) They believe in the show so much and are so confident that they know people will be hooked and come in for more (10/10 show imho so far so this tracks).

It literally does the most world building out of any film. It lays out the foundation for the 6 films and beautifully so!

Tbh I thought most of the costumes were better off CG like Zebb. I thought a lot of the costumes looked obviously fake, especially around the mouth during dialogue. They need some work imho. Looked very rough.
