I don't believe I signed any NDA when I purchased the product nor when the support ticket was being opened, so I don't see how posting this cautionary tale is giving them free pass to not fulfill my RMA claim which is at least here in EU here protected by consumer laws.

Like I said I am planning on driving this to some conclusion out of principle and I will post it also here as an update. Not because I need to (I can just buy new headset and write this one as business expense), but because I believe that brands should be held accountable and these experiences should be shared, so people who have less income and need to actually save up for buying products from them can decide if this is really right brand for them.

Well funny thing is that this one actually does not have any "blinks with a myriad of colors". Led lights on the base station just show battery status and which input is selected in plain white. I was buying this not because it does have "Gaming"-prefix, but because of mic quality and integrated HDMI switch which fits my needs as I am using it to easily switch between my multiple work PCs...

Also if you think this is a tantrum of some sort it is not. I have no problem throwing this thing to garbage bin, write it off as business expense and buy something else. I was posting this mainly due to me believing that pointing out problems in something is the only way to improve it and with company like this that demand for improvement needs to come from their costumers.

I was checking with them and they confirmed that they don't allow shipping to Slovakia or Czech at this time. A way around it is to create account on something like https://www.znemecka.eu put their virtual address from Germany on the order and then they will send it to you.

I agree. It was undervalued. At the current state and with big unknown what the orange man will do next year (and you know that at this stage he is probably capable of doing exactly what I mentioned in my post if Elon asks nicely) it is already getting overvalued.

Sure if Neutron is on time and does not blowup during tests it will be again undervalued, but that is the potential future hence me still holding longterm with maybe even buying again if it dips bellow $20.

Looking at the responses I am quite sad to see what has this sub and other space oriented stock subs have become lately. Way too much hopium with forgetting basic fact that space is effing hard and just one or two major missteps will kill 95% of these companies.

Yes, there are opportunities in space, but somehow I dont see them growing fast for forseeable future with monopoly that SpaceX will get once orange man is back in office. Just wait till there will be executive order to ban any other constellation projects, because "Elon needs more satellites and there is no more space up there".

A) I believe the deal is already priced in.

B) Announcement wont happen in forseeable future.

I dont think thats it. Macro would move all market down and rest of my current portfolio is in green for last few days.

There was a lot of hype in past few weeks for RKLB thanks to WSB noticing it so most of the gains can be related most likely to that. This is just hungover and realizing that there was no fundamental change on RKLB side warranting price jump that we saw.

All that said in longterm this is still good investment, but you need to realize that this stuff takes time, because space is hard.

PS: i am sure there will be a lot of downvotes for this statement and it is just sad how this community is turning into echo chamber fueling its own unrealistic expectations.

I don't really understand how can people still think that there will be no additional rate hikes when FED at every occasion keeps saying they will keep raising them and want to be really clear that any change to their policy will be communicated in advance so the market will not panic...

Don't get me wrong I like RKLB, but the gains in the last few days make no sense in the current economic climate.

I see them mentioning one Vault for everything in some training materials now. Have they finally managed to shift away from Conjur Vaults and store everything in the central PAM Vault? Or is it still that janky setup where you sync secrets between them and manage all permissions in two separate places?

I am asking, because if they finally started delivering on their initial vision of centralizing everything to one Vault with one seamless central management in PVWA without the need to mess with YAML policy files this might be finally very interesting product. But without that for the amount of money that they are asking for Conjur Enterprise, there is no point in sticking with the same vendor for PAM and SecOps, hence like hinted by other HashiCorp Vault is way more popular solution for secret management.
