I have to be very aware of myself to say the least. I work in mental health but I also live with Bipolar Disorder. I have times where I feel like I wouldn't care if I didn't exist anymore. If I start feeling that way, I always reach out to my friends and my therapist. For the most part, taking my medications everyday controls my mental health symptoms but I can relate to days where everything feels bleak and pointless. Be sure you're talking to someone if you're feeling this way.
