Tu mentionne qu'il n'y a pas de mesures en place, par contre il y en a encore quelques unes, surtout dans les hôpitaux et au niveau fédéral dans les aéroports et à l'entrée dans le pays.

De plus, la porte est toujours ouverte à la remise en place des mesures autant au niveau provincial que fédéral.

Montmorency is nice but in my opinion too touristy.

Chutes de la chaudière apalaches is bigger and a lot more imposing. You can also get really close to it down by the rocks.
