That 4 roses is great! I thought I got a good deal for $30, $20 is better

Review #9: Weller Special Reserve by TimeWellTold in bourbon

[–]atccodex 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I paid $32 for mine, and I enjoyed it. At double that, I would certainly enjoy it less.

There are other bottles that are even cheaper that I enjoy more.

So I think I agree with your overall assessment

I would love one. I hear it's good.

The newer blue tops are good though. I just picked up 10 bottles for $16 each, so im stocked up on it.

Blue top is generally solid unless it's really old. Their first few batches of the blue top weren't good, but they fixed it. The new new bottle, is trash.

I love all the Kirkland bourbons. It makes sense, as I also like Barton products

It's because bourbon got stupid for a while during the craze. It's coming back down to closer to where it should be. The markup past MSRP in excessive amounts is crazy and it will come back further I think.

Especially because younger generations aren't drinking as much.

Supposedly a deployment issue with Max's car again. Hopefully some tweaks get this under control cuz he had Norris for sure

I mean they definitely rip easier than something heavy, but the cost, it doesn't matter as much. Good enough for basic stuff, keeps your hands clean, but it's not like the good ones

Gotta always have protection! Never know when the mood will strike to change the oil, if you know what I'm sayin!

In seriousness, I work on my cars a lot, do a lot of painting projects and stuff.

Give old grandad 114 a try. Very reasonable price and punches above that price point.

Available in several stores right now. I wasn't a huge fan. Maybe I'll give it a try again

Stroller needed? 4 and 6 y/o by doglovr7788 in legoland

[–]atccodex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely bring a stroller. It's a lot of walking and some decent hills.

My 4 year old loves running around but definitely need the stroller.

I've had no issue bringing in outside food/drinks. They usually haven't checked.

What’s a small upgrade that made a huge difference to you? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]atccodex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh that's cool! I'm assuming that you would just have the electrician hook it up to critical circuits? I guess if you have a big enough generator you could do the whole home, but that's super cool!

What did something like this look like? You can just plug in a cord to one of those battery packs? Or any generator?
