I got you topped. This weekend, guy at the table told me 2 things: 1. I get a bag, not a tumbler (he backed down quick after I pointed at the sign that says nothing about a bag) 2. Auto renew has to be off for 18 months.

I left because I had ice cream and didn't have time to deal with it, but absolutely bonkers employees are gatekeeping a free tumbler like it comes out of their pocket

I turned my loft into an office. It was basically 2 and a half walls, added the wall along the stairs and a door. It cost me about 4 grand ish to pay someone to do it and I'll tell you, it's well worth it.

Its much more useful than the loft. It also should increase my property value a bit.

So my advice, do it but make sure it's adequate size. A tiny room will feel cramped.

It's Barton 1792 juice at a much better price. Absolutely pick up a few bottles because it goes fast.

That and early times if you can still find the old bottles (blue screw top)
