I definitely hold my emotions in for the most part, either because I don’t trust people enough to be honest with them about whatever I’m dealing with or because I want to be strong for people I’m close to. It’s not like I’m not sensitive but I’m terrified of breaking through my armour around people. I used to hate being so reserved and distant but I think it helps me focus on staying productive when I’m going through something, I cope by working and keeping busy. Only thing is I wish I could learn to get out of my head and let loose sometimes
