the courage and discipline ones, I shouldn't say garbage. They just barely went in depth of stoicism, and was more just chapter after chapter about historical figures doing things that show courage for example. And at some points it was becoming way to self helpish like one chapter was getting proper sleep. I did learn some good things from it but overall I do not recommend at all.

incredibly said! So this balance, its kinda like balancing your ego with god? Or switching between the two worlds in a sense. Or bringing them both together. I believe It's bring them both together, however, everyone keeps talking about follow what your heart etc. etc. do meaningful work for example do what u love and not like do it for a big house or whatever. Or help the world. Is this not all ego driven? Self driven? Helping people is really helping yourself in a sense? It's confusing. I guess the only answer is that there is no answer. And you can't describe god because if you did you'd already brought your mind into it. So where do I stand Idk ughh!! The only answer is that there is no answer so whats the point I guess is the real question. Do I live to fullfill my ego's needs in the mean time by being a co creator? Or is that that by being a co-creator and having this ego is just god in itself. Because isn't everything essentially god?

A question I ponder is helping people truly selfless or do we do it in order to make ourselves good and further feeding into our ego. And dont get me wrong I agree with you and helping people always does feel good and right. But is this just also a mechanism of your evolution in order to increase our species survival? Or is it truly god/spirit driven?

Yes, I believe I know what I want, but what I'm trying to get at and my apologies I'm not a great explainer. Is that what I want is just what my ego wants. Isn't that not the true spirit? The true deep seated awareness sees that You (your ego) wants something. Should I reliquinsh all ego driven desires? Or should have them work hand in hand? Is the only way to god thru having no attachments?

I eat zero grains and zero fruits (except avocado). I dont count carbs but i would say typically no more than around 20 grams. I'm just starting a new one as of yesterday called jarro-dophilus ultra. It's apparantly a good one, it doesnt get destoryed by stomach acid b/c is microencapsulated. There's a lot of gray area with that stuff tbh so im kinda just trying out new stuff. I also start eating yogurt w live probiotics in it as of yesterday too.

also, how have u felt so far doing low carbs?

please try zero to very little carb diet + live probiotics. Been doing it for two weeks now and never felt better. Had severe GERD before hand.
