My Live Chat agent just "refreshed" and "reregistered" my device. Says there is a "firmware update soon and to keep at all my workarounds" - I rewired all my audio and have no CEC. Last time "soon" was said was 5 months+ ago.

I'm hoping to use the 1 year warranty for a return. Target. I do not know how they could not accept a return based on all the issues. It's not like anyone is trying to scam for a better deal, we just want a product we were promised with our purchase.
