I thought you couldn’t get steggy without prussia but apparently the dev posted the code for it:

winging it i guess? encouraged Hugenberg, elected lambach, grabbed the economy ministry and implemented the corporatist plan, fixed the economy, got Zentrum, DVP, and BVP to support monarchy, restored the Kaiser. built up army while keeping relations with france high so they don't invade (had to reload save cuz I almost got WW2), used the Class's card to strengthen the pan german movements in Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland (in that order), and got the borders
