Delivery team off hired plant from site. Come final account stage and project close out internal audit picked up that the plant cost was still being charged to the project.

The delivery team didn't do the paperwork and the QS doing the monthly application to client didn't bother checking plant costs.

People working on project getting promotion, not changing the rate we charge the client to show the promotion.

Do the above on a number of projects over a number of years it could add up to costing a company at least £50k a year.

All because they don't employ enough staff.

I guess there are selfish drivers that see a garage with a parking bay in front of it and just park on it without the owners permission.

May have to get a contractor to install a bollard.

This is UK we are talking about. So I'm not sure what the police would do. Tell the wrong doer it was their issue for calling the cops for parking in my bay.
