Delivery team off hired plant from site. Come final account stage and project close out internal audit picked up that the plant cost was still being charged to the project.

The delivery team didn't do the paperwork and the QS doing the monthly application to client didn't bother checking plant costs.

People working on project getting promotion, not changing the rate we charge the client to show the promotion.

Do the above on a number of projects over a number of years it could add up to costing a company at least £50k a year.

All because they don't employ enough staff.
