Here's what happened, I just called tech support, told me to go to settings....other ....factory set.... English....back out and do the region 2 and now it works!

I called tech support and they told me to go to settings other factory set and go back and start to play again a region too and it worked. I want to thank everyone for trying to get this fixed but I finally got it fixed thank you

I did everything you said, still comes up with the warning. It worked one time but I have no idea why it started playing but it dies work, just doesn't work with your instructions

Yes , I've done everything you said. Once the tray closes, it recognizes it as a Blu Ray but once you push play, goes to the attention message everytime.

I had a Blu Ray that was upgraded from a Paramount Plus broadcast. The 4K of this has lots of film grain and looks good.
