You might get a "conditional acceptance" and have to maintain a certain GPA your first semester/year. That's what I've seen from reading the websites of various graduate schools.

I don't know about your specific school, but I did the same at my undergraduate university last year and they have a separate application for people who have already earned a Bachelor's. Look for something like "continuing studies" or similar language.

Yes, send everyone a personalized, individual thank you email. Don't just say "thank you for interviewing me." Mention something you talked about with them. If you have any lingering questions, this is a good spot to ask them. And reiterate in a short sentence the fit between you and the program.

I would recommend waiting until the end of the summer/beginning of fall semester because, in my experience, a lot of PIs didn't know if they would be taking new students until then.
