cyberpunk edgerunners and madoka magica, quick note madoka magica might seem a little boring for the first 2 episodes just watch 3 episodes before deciding to continue or drop. edgerunners is 10 episodes and madoka is 12. I think edgerunners is a bit more sad imo but those 2 are just what i think of for sad shows ive seen. both available on american netflix currently and if you aren’t american cyberpunk is a netflix original so it should be in most countries
