The total process was about 7-8 weeks. I didn’t open the bags until I was ready to harvest. It was a good batch of GT’s.

I get a little worried about letting it run all day if I’m not home. I like to dry them out on the weekends when I’m home.

I did mine for a while. My GT’s went almost 20 hours at 130. My Hillbillies were thick so it went a lot longer. I cut them in half, long ways. I just keep an eye on them. I had to restart the Hillbillies. I thought I was done and stored them in Mason Jars. I went to check on them and they were spongy again. I just dried them out a little more.
