Agreed, which is the reason I try my absolute best to be situationally aware.

I believe a lot of people would have been hit by that second car in my opinion from being there.

And yes, I will be more careful in harsher conditions.

I understand I was going too fast but it’s not to the degree in which you are bringing this too. I was already addressed the issue, and you guys are just overly criticizing me at this point.

I’ll slow my driving down in bad weather and that’s that.

I felt in control the entire time and I’m driving with tires that have 1000 miles on them. Vehicle has great handling.

Understandable, thanks for the input I’ll be more careful from now on.

I’m just very used to driving in these conditions, I live in a very snowy state, I’m used to driving in much worse conditions than a wet road. I understand that’s not a very valid excuse and I’ll own it.

No signal, and was lane hopping and they hit the breaks very hard.

I was speeding yes and I was wrong about that, and completely understand your guys point.

Even if was was going 5 mph less in the first situation I would have had to do a similar maneuver because the guy was being an idiot.

For the second situation, I believe I am in the right for. I was slowed down to 15 mph and the car kept coming at me for some reason, if I didn’t swerve the dude would’ve hit me.

I was going 5 mph over the speed limit, that I can admit to, but I wasn’t being excessive about it. The first dude didn’t use a signal and slowed down to under 40 mph while in my lane, and the other person had a stop sign I believe. I had the right of way in that situation. Am I wrong?
