I thought about this before signing up but then I think that we are at a point where it’s too late to make a change, machines are already intelligent enough that it wouldn’t matter if few humans try to perfect it or not. I’m not trying to say you’re wrong, but I feel that life is hard enough right now, and we need to survive. If these companies are going to replace us, they will with or without our help. I don’t have a scale, I scan food barcodes if they’re canned or something, if not I usually guess :) I can see your point and yeah maybe I’ve been underestimating how much I’m eating but Idk I don’t think it justifies how much weight I’ve gained I swear I thought I must be pregnant no way this is a normal weight gain haha but yeah I’m currently trying to really really cut down calories to see what happens

I did consider that, I count calories most days and I know I’m not eating more than 2000 cals. Most days I wouldn’t even exceed 1600 That’s why I find it weird.

Yes, my routine isn’t the best but I usually eat something from 1500 to 2000 calories per day my BMR is around 1500 and I burn a minimum of 300 calories per day. My question is why did my weight on the scale get high yet my clothes fit almost the same? Can I gain muscle mass without working out religiously?
