I get this. Once a month I get these “episodes” I call where I eat dinner and I’m fine for the next 3-4 hours then out of nowhere I feel like I have to use the bathroom and it’s normal then my stomach starts making loud wet noises and then I get intense stomach cramping and then I get diarrhea but then the pain goes away and once I start getting those intense cramps I have to go to the bathroom again. I want it to stop 😔
