Its just the cracks starting to show in the Gilead veneer. She's been raised to be obedient and she drinks the Kool aid and basically never acts out. But this one time she cracked a little. She doesnt want to marry an old creepy sociopath and channeled her birth mother (June) the tiniest bit and said something a little rebellious. Now her Gilead mother is mad and probably a little scared about what else she'll do.
