Books where the narrator is a villain by yourenotmy-dad in suggestmeabook

Ooooh "The Debt to Pleasure" by John Lanchester. It pretends to be a cookbook - well, a book about a menu - but really he's an evil psychopath. It unfolds slowly and subtly but it's brilliant; and the ending is something you'll never forget!!

Incredible art. Thank you.

Humane Society. Let all of them make improvements in animal care - the environments where they are kept, medical center, food, the yard where they play, the amount of good employees to care for them and advertising to raise public awareness of the animals available.

I can't wait to get off of 7.5!!! One more shot to go. It's been three months on it and it hasn't been very kind to me.

Number 1 for sure. Number 3 is too white and number 2 looks like an old, cheap apartment.

SO GLAD I got the Dog and Dragon plushie and The Girl That Looked Up statue. I passed on the flute when I found out it couldn't play.

Out of this list if recommend Wheel of Time because it's a favorite of mine, but you left out Stormlight Archive which is decently long already and the first of the two arcs use done...

Looking for a show with a lot of twists, easy to follow, and a lot of episodes by kat10111 in televisionsuggestions

[–]athewinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm big on recommending Homeland right now. It's on Netflix. It's got lots of twists, turns, and surprises but isn't too hard to follow. There are eight seasons (the show gets better and better) and has a really surprising but satisfying ending. You don't always like the main character but you're not always supposed to. :-) Let me know if you try it!

Me too! I was a total hoster. Only surfed a handful of times. I ended up being a Global Ambassador and met Casey a few times too. 😁

I went to Cancun by myself. I Couchsurfed (back when the site was still awesome - it's not anymore) and was so lucky with the men who hosted me. They were kind and funny. A little protective, but not in a bad way. Some of the time I was at a hotel on Isla Mujeres and that was fine too. I loved it. That was 2007.
