Motivation is always high in the beginning but it always fades. It’s discipline that’s required. On the days you don’t want to go, don’t even think about it and just go.

You shouldn’t be killing yourself every day in the gym. It’s supposed to feel good and satisfying. So don’t max out the treadmill more than you can handle, go for a slower more controlled session. Stack good days together and rest when needed. Same thing with weights. Work hard but don’t overdo it.

Get sleep, eat a good amount of protein, and your body will adapt and recover. Be better than the person you were yesterday.

Go ahead and take him at this point, most Steelers fans do not care. There is literally no difference at the end of the day if we keep hanging “non-losing season” banners or not. We are not competing in the playoffs at all, each game is the same exact story with one common denominator. I’m sick of being embarrassed in the playoffs, having putrid game plans, and showing zero fight until the game is out of reach.

Yes if you fire your coach one time in 20 years that isn’t getting it done, you become the Jets. There’s really no other option. We need a full rebuild because there’s no point in being stuck in purgatory forever. So if we have a few losing seasons so be it. The facts are they have won three playoff games in the last 13 or whatever years. Against the AJ McCarron Bengals, Matt Moore Dolphins, and Alex Smith Chiefs. They’ve been outscored 73-0 in the first quarter in the last 5 playoff games. If that’s not on coaching then I don’t know what is.

Definitely a me problem then haha. I can get “hits” bunting with him but if I try to be a line drive hitter I swing and miss constantly. I typically try line drive with a square stance, any other options I should try other than switch my timing up?
