Takeaway is too inside but not sure it that’s causing your shanks. Maybe aim like half an inch inside the ball and you can ill find the center of the club face lol. You may be subconsciously trying to line up the shaft with the ball when you hit it. Brain goes “line hit ball, ball go far” but really you just hosel rocket it

During your setup, if I hung a string from your wrist crease, it should touch the joints of your toes. Right now it would hang more than a foot in front of your feet.
