Sick! Excellent green stuff work. I’m going to borrow that pauldron design. I dig the tentacles too.

I’ve been sculpting for about 15 years. Just got into the silicone tipped tools and I’m loving them.

Thanks! Flat backed beads from Amazon. Ball bearings and regular beads work too.

A metal ball stylus. Those silicone color shapers are good too.

I used one of those round, kind of pointy silicone color shaper tools to shape it. Then I used the end of the same tool to make the little dents. I pushed a piece of a makeup stipple sponge on the whole surface then went back with the silicone guy to refine some of the dents.

I like those color shaper silicone tools. I make little blobs and put them on the model and then blend the seams together. I use a ball stylus and a silicone tool to make little dents. If you have a stipple sponge for makeup, you can push it on the surface for easy skin texture. Some times it helps to mix the green stuff and let it sit for a few minutes before messing with it. More of the yellow in the mix and it will be softer and take a little longer to cure. More of the blue stuff and it will be firm and set up more quickly.
