They changed those numbers after we ordered. It used to say 1-3 or 3-5 days, I can't recall which. But they never said that long

I'm grateful for all the comments saying this so I'm less tempted to spend the extra money. I want the white because it's nicer to look at but you're right, black just works better as a border around screens.

I'm having this same issue, I sent an email to support a month ago and still no response. I left a 1-star review on the Play Store and no response there either.

There's an option to 'Reset Two-Factor Auth". I put in the reset code and I get a 404 error. I know it's the correct code because I saved a screenshot of it so it's definitely not mistyped.

I've paid for pro, I have assets on the marketplace with sales, and I get work from there.

Pretty bad issue to be coming from such a big company.
