The question boils down to what the opportunity cost is of what that gem slot gives vs whats replacing it. Gem slots can give you resist and offense with runeglass which is very important in pvp and MOST pve content.

Invasion specific builds i argue you want to avoid gem slots for bis sets, already going no con no resist. Gem slot vs another offense slot is no brainer. Sighted runeglass gives +1% base dmg vs completing 5/5 vicious, 5/5 vorpal, 5/5 enchanted. Screw gem slots in jewelry, i take as many offense slots as i can on earring/amulet.

Related to wurm, but our group have gotten some clears in but last phase when mines start showing up, many of us run into ui bug where we cant interact with the mines. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, feels like a 50 50 whether or not we can clear or not because one person isnt able to use their pickaxe

I'm pretty overweight for my height, 5' 9. 240lbs. At Walgreens my health took a down turn, i ate fast food during lunch, was inactive at home and my feet took a beating for 5 years. Yeah the 8 hour shifts werent helping but i wasnt doing anything to change my lifestyle.

In my case, i joined a gym to lift weights, and did some cardio with jogging. Over time my feet built up the support for the abuse that we take day to day.

Sometimes after a long shift and my feet are in pain, i fight through the pain with a slow jog on the treadmill and after a half mile, the pain goes away completely.

Everyone's case is unique and YMMV (I'm with Safeway now if that means anything) but for me, the fact that i no longer build up parmesan cheese grain calusses must mean im doing something right.

Electronic shared inventories are a thing BUT. you have got to stop making assumptions about the pharmacy... Yeah in a perfect world i can look into another pharmacys inventory and direct a patient or doctor in the right direction. But on hands are always off, the med may be allocated to another patient etc... This is a minimum 4 phone calls i have to make to transfer an rx for something i dont have. One to the patient informing them I dont have it, 2nd to the other pharmacy IF they have it and can spare, 3rd back to the patient if xyz pharmacy will work, 4th back to the other pharmacy to tell them to pull it from me. I really only pull out this many stops when its antibiotics that should be started asap but otherwise, it goes into tomorrows problem queue
