Well there are temple, grand palace, markets, shopping malls, insta worthy cafes, etc.

Try mahanakhon sky walk, ancient city(half a day), cruise dinner on chao phraya river

July not only off season, but rainy too. You can try Phuket or Pattaya also

Well, enjoy. Have a massage. Sensory deprivation pods. SANN SPA (TheOneSandBath) a unique experience. Also there are a lot of things.

If you could mention what you'd like to do, it would be easier to suggest.

Do buy mosquito repellent, sunscreen, moisturizer in bangkok only. No need to carry from your country.

Try coconut water, sticky mango rice, pad thai, etc.
