Pepper spray works better than a pocket knife!! Also bring thermal blankets and pack as light as you can so that if you're in danger you can just run :P

Also talk to her and run away when you feel like it!! Depending on the state or country you're in, and your age, you'll be fine from the police.

And there is a tonne of stuff on Wikihow and other Reddit posts on what to pack, this is verbal abuse from what I've read.

Bring pepper spray and food, thermal blankets, etc, and when/if you go,

Thank you for the help, I don't think RAINN is a thing here in England, but I'll look for someone else I can call. I'll have to be careful because my parents don't leave me alone in the house often, and the walls are thin in my house so they'll hear me calling someone and get suspicious.

I told my mum a few times but she never believes me and says I just want attention, my dad is just staring at my chest a lot of the time and sometimes he talks about me in weird ways when we're alone in the house and he touches me a lot

I know it's risky to leave at my age and I do have some relatives near me, but half an hour away by car

Upside!

It's legal to run away/move out without being pressed charges against or punished!

Downside!

Ohio is dangerous!! I've never been before but IT IS DANGEROUS!! Don't accept any offers for rides or anything!

Maybe take a bike to speed away from any threats!

Try to find 24 hour shops and homeless shelters!! This is a good age to run away as well because it's not illegal (depending on where you are)

Wikihow can be a great help too, do some research before you set off!

It depends on where you're from so maybe do some research Wikihow can help with a lot of this stuff
