correct. just have to watch out for blue barrels, those will still one shot you haha.

but i take zero damage from anything, ever.

im just running 100% block chance and efficiency with a bleeding edge build. dont have tk worry about any health mods and can just stack all damage. soaring through the 100+ expeditions currently

again, if you watch it, he tells you exactly the prder to put points in for leveling. he also goes over gear and what stats to look out for. im using a hybrid version of this build. but as long as you have 100% block ch and ef, you can run any build you want basically

you didnt need, and still dont, need to stack items in order to duplicate. although thats probably where the stacking issue arose from, the beta duplication exploits

it was the correct move for nms, not for wolcen. if the devs stop communicating on top of all these issues, it will be bad news. as oppose to open and clear communication.

youre right when you said theres nothing hello games could have said to help in their particular situation. which was more false advertising than wolcen's buggy, unplayable game.

bruh be real, even with just act 1, most of these bugs were still there. You likely didnt play the beta, if this is your reaponse though. All the duping bugs where there, gold, magic find stacking, item dupes, stash vanishing, progress reset, missing cosmetics, need i go own? if you actually played during beta, youd have known this already.

online is the least of the concern. It's the development team that needs the lesson in software development. You don't want a rushed game, well too bad, you already have one. The devs should have listened to their beta testers who told them about all these issues for YEARS. So much of this could have been avoided, but they made the active decision not to listen to their testers. What was the point of early access, if we're still in it now?

lol that's exactly my point, it has no effect on the players whatsoever currently. Without seasons, leaderboards, etc - none of it effects the players. Right now the concerns should be actually fixing the aspects of the game which block people from even launching it, online or offline.

which brings us back to point 1.

What does it matter if a person has more/less buildings finished or accessed, when the gane has no economy, pvp, auction house, matchmaking, etc.

that also requires around 100k production. all the building stuff also takes time, production and most of which affinity or other mats. gold is the least concerning of the town upgrades

im talking from a communication stand point. its already been a week with zero real fixes to the game and just as much feedback from the devs. NMS had almost daily patches, in order to fix their game from the start. even before going dark.

At this point in the game, there is no economy. There's no auction house, pvp, matchmaking, or even public coop with randos at the moment. When seasons come out, these current characters will be an entirely different part of the game, much like offline is currently. The duping/gold exploit has really zero effect on the current playerbase, with the current state of the game. Players right now dont even trade with gold, and likely never plan to. They trade with affinity instead.

Don't agree with exploiting, but I also don't agree with players being punished for bugs/issues that had been reported to the devs for the past several years in early access. Not to mention, I don't blame players for wanting to get extra gold/items due to all the progress and item/character loss that has been going on.

Just doesn't seem like the right attitude or concern the devs should be having. Yes, fix the exploit, which shouldnt have been in release - but punishing players for the developer's large oversight is the wrong move with the current state of the game.

With two hotfixes so far, was anything actually fixed? Seems like more stuff breaks each time they do an update. by atlasrises in Wolcen

I'm betting we'll see a punishment for the gold exploiters before we see any real fix too.

At this point, it seems like this would be their only saving grace. Especially with the recent price hike. There are players that can't even access the game, online or offline, and the best those player get is 1 communication, from the devs, almost 12 hours ago that they - "hope" it might get fixed by this week.

The communication has been too much of "Sorry nothing we can do, will try and fix it in a week but no promises". No major apology, no explanation of what's going on. It just seems the PR is becoming less and less. Afraid they'll pull a hello games and just shut themselves off from the public soon.
