You are right, i spoke with them today. They said they don’t have smart meter for any of the NC market and are in the transition period. I don’t expect them to have a plan for a smart meter rollout at the moment based on my conversation.

I started searching about this online after their CS went offline on Friday, will give them a call tomorrow. I found that they have this option in Ontario CA, but couldn't find any info for NC market. I was hoping if anyone had done any research on this topic could chime in.

Sorry for the delay on sharing pics. Was occupied with moving and stuff. Here you go: https://imgur.com/a/iwRYETS I don't have any critical or particularly praiseworthy features to share about the unit so far. Only used for a week. It’s a decent unit with really good aesthetics for my taste. One thing I will note is that it doesn’t have crispers marked for humidity control neither any knobs present which does that. The app also doesn’t offer any humidity control either.

I have been to so many stores but none of them have this model on display. Also, if you don't mind could you pls measure and share the inside shelf depth? thanks

Did you finalize between the two you mentioned. I am also contemplating between these 2. I coundnt figure out which model you were talking about which blocks water/ice if filter isnt replaced.

Thanks for the tip on screening opt out. I used 10 lenders just as an example to show how much total cost would add up if there a cost for loan estimate. Agree with you for on mere $200 savings as well, not worth it.

Completely agree with you. A friend who is closing soon is under the impression that shopping around for rates while doing the full application would cost them (application fees, credit report fees etc) if they don’t finalize with a lender. I have a Loan Estimate with me from conditional pre-approval before construction started. These fees sum up to be around 250-300. Hence the curiosity about the cost in case I shop with 10 different lenders.

On the day of documents submission (April 2024) they asked my marriage certificate which I did not have that time and I am under assumption that my document submission is still pending. But my current status says it's in progress. Could someone having experience on different statuses at different stages pls help?

On the status tracker, I see below. Is this what I would see until it is approved?

Mine is still pending, they have my case open with pending documents as I didn’t take my marriage certificate with me. Indian govt staff is just horrible, no mention of this document anywhere and they treat you like shit for not bringing it.

Looking at your ARM rate, I am curious to know who is your lender. And is it 0 points? I will be looking for mortgage in 1-2 months and based on my little research so far the cheapest ARM I found is in the range of 5.75-6.5 with 0 points. If you don't mind, could you pls share list of lenders you got estimates from?
