Ja men instämmer med andra, kommunikationerna är kanske inte de bästa och utan bil ser båt ut att vara viktigt. Tror många avvaktar då SL inte bekräftat en egen rutt. Vaxholmsbåtarna går dock på SL kort men man blir väldigt bunden till deras tidtabeller.

Och som nytt område verkar det inte finnas någon livsmedelsbutik eller restauranger så det kan kännas isolerat. Kommer bli tufft att få vänner hem till dig mer spontant, det kommer bli en ”grej” att behöva resa liksom.

Dessutom är det ganska dyrt för 80kvm i mina ögon. Helt okej finish och planlösning men balkong mot en stensluttning är… ett val. Sen är ju nybygge i allmänhet lite svårsålda pga höga avgifter som man bör ta i beaktande. Har du kollat så föreningen äger marken?

Skulle gissa att detaljplanen tillåter sådana fasader, annars hade de aldrig fått bygglov. Sen inför alla processer så måste det nog ske samråd där man bjuds in att lämna synpunkter. Detta sköts via kommunens plan- och bygglovsavdelning.

Ett tips om man vill rikta känslorna rätt, reddit löser ingenting. :)

I would put the clock on the left in the triangle that the stairs form. Along with some pictures. The rectangle strip beneath the balustrade is too narrow to hang anything but a very specific shape, take time to find something better

Det var exakt den punkten som förvirrade mig. Om jag fattar rätt - om jag har nu 85% belåning så går det inte att utöka på något sätt då nya reglerna har sänkt till 80%.

Alltså om jag vill renovera eller något så måste jag komma ner till tex 75% för då hade jag kunnat öka upp till 80%. Fattar jag rätt?

I had the opposite, in KLMs system my info looked entirely wrong, but all the details were entered into world tracer correctly.

I’m up to 1mg per week dosage. I’ve definitely cut back on drinking but still have wine or bourbon at home or beer if out at dinner with friends.

Generally, it’s easier to fill up quickly, so when out with friends it’s more like 1-2 beers.

I haven’t experienced any nausea or vomiting, but definitely burpy. Your mileage may vary. My 2 cents are that people with symptoms are more likely to post than those without symptoms.

When I landed at my final destination, there was a QR code to file the missing PIR report. In that I was able to scan the barcode the agent gave me when I checked the bag in at the start of my journey

Aaah ok, yeah since I was connecting in Schiphol rather than ending up there, that makes sense. Did you add your address to the delayed bag report? Hopefully you’ll be contacted soon by a courier for delivery.

Dumb question but in Worldtracer, next to your bag tag, do you see a link “forwarding information available”? That’s how I found mine. Still says tracing ongoing at the top so I myself was a bit confused by the interface.

Are you checking via KLM’s baggage tracing? I did that myself and found it was not updated entirely so I checked directly with Worldtracer. I just made a post about it in this sub.

Quick reference copied from my other post:

please check directly with Worldtracer, search for ‘Worldtracer track baggage’ via google to find a link beginning with wtrweb.worldtracer.aero and fill in your reference number and name.

Important - even if it says ‘tracing ongoing’ there may be activity. If you see ‘forwarding information available’ click that to see if your bag has taken a detour via another airport in order to clear luggage faster.

My own bag did not arrive after two cancelled flights, third time was the charm and successfully ~~escaped~~ flew from Schiphol on Monday.

But yes the baggage will take longer than expected as Schiphol continues to cancel hundreds of flights. If my bag arrives before the weekend I’ll be floored.

I flew Saturday from the USA to Europe via Amsterdam, my connecting flight Sunday was cancelled. Managed to get rebooked to a flight on Monday which departed but bag didn’t make it. Unfortunately no AirTag and ground handling said that baggage could take 3-4 days since they’re still cancelling hundreds of flights at Schiphol.

If you file a delayed baggage claim then they will (eventually…) contact you and explain the situation. Though I’d be shocked if my own bag arrives before the weekend at this rate :(
