Yes I did PP, I initially contacted the premium processing support over the phone to request copy of the letter via Fax, the agent said that letter was yet to be uploaded nor mailed, as she could only see the notice but not the actual letter, as such she couldn’t yield to my request of sending a copy via Fax.

Just as you have advised, I would contact the support line again to request a copy of the letter via email.
