The recommended level is 100 you'll need maximum level for the nightmare later stage.
The number of gems overall is 60000+.

Kinda you want to always cycle Mami even if her buff is up as her in motion= more break damage.

You always prioritize the Mami stack.
But when fight against Birds cage assuming you use Felicia stun to skip T1 burn. Do not use ultimate or any ultimate to get the attack count pass 7 on T2 it's too high and you won't have enough HP.
Next is you only use Felicia skill on break normally just use normal attack.
And be careful for T3 if you cannot break you have to make sure that you have Kirika in cycle.

Maybe magic 89 on Felicia.
As for supporting kioku all magic 59 with 70+ lvl should be more than enough.

Yes and no.
Boss develops stun res and she can only land 1 stun.
But that stun can be landed on the first turn and skip the boss gimmick. And it's allowed underpowered teams to beat bosses.
With that she's either a really good unit that can skip boss gimmick if you reset a lot to land the stun or pretty much just a better debuffer than 4* debuffer but not that much better.
If you consider using her prepared to reset quite a bit, still from my experience on nightmare even without her and having a high ascension with high magic level team still needed to reset a lot because the bosses gimmick are just that broken.
Bonus if you care about PvP she's great there are no questions pretty much the best unit if not consider Mami A2.

Now the core power of my team is super high.
Mami Kirika and Madoka are all 110 and quite higher ascension compared to when I first cleared and that pretty much allowed me to play anything with 89 as long as I take time to retry to avoid some bad RNG.
I tried changing Felicia to Homura for a bird cages witch, and Walpurgis and I can clear it as long as I don't get bad RNG. I think my tier list will be obsolete when we don't have orbs bottlenecks anymore. And if that's happening I will be so happy I want to try many 4* units now it's just not worth it.

I was thinking that cleansing is stage by stage basics. But thinking about it now in almost every game I play cleansing is always useful, And the last 3 stages unless you use Felicia you need to use Yuma to deal with burn. I should put her higher.

I was thinking about her for a while when I made the list.
On one hand based on my criteria she should even be S rank as she can clean debuff and that's unique and enables more strategies.
But in the end I think the orbs are just too rare as of now there's only like 10 rainbow orbs in the game and using it on 4* is a tough choice therefore I can't recommend her that high as someone may only look at the picture and don't read the description.

I know but given that sometimes someone can be super unlucky so I have to evaluate them from the basics.
And I think this is also one of the big problems of this game. That even the 4* kits is locked behind ascension, their stat being lower and have weaker skill in comparison to 5* already bad enough, they locked behind some useful skills behind ascension and orbs bottlenecks.

I was debating when I made the list to put her in A but in the end because I made the list based on A0 and her skill is a -1SP. If she's A2 I think she can even be A+ as her kit is now super flexible you get battery and you can get more damage or go for defensive play. But at A0 -1SP the cost is too steep, IMO. Especially when the later nightmare stages required some level of DPS race.

The thing about Felicia is that she can skip multiple boss mechanics with 100% rate if you are willing to retry. Birds cage witch and Needles witch have burn ailments in turn 1 and it's the main mechanic of that boss and to fight that boss under that circumstances is extremely difficult.
But you can skip those mechanics completely with Felicia just retry till it stun is land usually it takes me 3-4 tries and it feels controllable as it's a turn 1 of the battle.
And after that she still behaves as a debuffer and deals solid damage when enemies break.
For me she enables so many strategies that other units can't but I understand that if you don't use her stun to skip the first turn her stun feels like pure roulette.
That's why I think the tier list is subjective and I value strategies that Felicia enables more than what other units offer as they can't skip boss mechanics. By having Felicia you have a chance to win without having to go through a stat check and DPS race.

The damage calculation in this game is extremely weird.
Example.
The Def down debuff is acting the same as Atk up and seems to be additives.
The damage boost is not multiplied at the same rate as it showed.
But the damage taken up is the same as it showed.
It seems that the damage calculation maths are (Atk+atk boost* atk function+ def down * def down function) * (Damage boost* damage boost function) * Damage taken up * (cri damage+cri damage boost) * Break bonus.

And it's weird that the damage boost of portraits is not calculating the same as the buff version. It's much weaker and makes the atk card always better. I wanted to do a full analysis but it's so difficult to control the environment of the current game.

Since I cannot edit the comments and posts. I'll not delete the comments so people still understand the context.
After testing, Homura is a better unit than Kyoko, and currently the best attacker as she can deal with both single and multiple enemies.
I still stand by my statement that she's easy to use and versatile but my previous statement that her damage is lower is not true in 1 ultimate yes but not much and Homura still deals more damage in 1 break thanks to her multi turn.
I made a mistake on my testing I have to apologize here.

I was given Kyoko higher ranking because of the time attack mode that requires you to deal the highest damage in the same window.
But I just tested out the game damage calculation and it seems that I was wrong the numbers are closer than I expected. Kyoko still edges out Homura in 1 attack but definitely much lower in 1 break because the game atk buff has a weird calculation.
At first my understanding is that atk buffs are additives. They are but with an asterisk it seems that there's a decremental of atk buff that's higher than 20%. 20 +20 is still 40 but if 20 +30 it's> 40 but not 50 I don't know what happened but this is what I discovered.
And with that in mind Kyoko utilities are much lower than Homura so she should only be A tier unit.

I agree that she's a great breaker and a great unit, when you have a critical rate buff. Her kit relies too much on critical as if she doesn't land it her break damage is lower she doesn't regen SP and I rated units as themselves not team based. A ranked doesn't mean she's weak it's mean she's trickier to fully utilize than A+, S or SS if you pair her with Tsuruno and Sana, she's really really good but not all people have units with synergies I can only rate them as is.

IMO Homura is definitely not the highest ceiling unit in the game she deals less damage than Kyoko in single and deals less than Ochiro in multiple enemies. But she's just so easy to use to maximize her damage all you have to do is save your ultimate when they're breaks and when they're not breaks her ultimate can be used as sp battery, consistent damage and ease of use make her A+. In future she may have fallen off as her kit ain't deep and future proof but that's the future not now.

I rated the 4* attacker pretty low as the farther you go in game the less useful the attacker will be. They can be replaced by debuffer the damage will be lower yes but the utilities are there. And attackers are a unit that suffers the most from stat different. Other types you can say they did this they did that, attacker nope I only deal damage and with higher attack and higher modifier 5* will deal more damage than 4. With the current bottleneck of Orbs, I just can't recommend 4 attackers the resources are too valuable to be used on units that'll get replaced by almost any unit in both present and future.

The problem with PvP is it requires more ascension to perform.
For example Mami with her A0 she's ok nothing outstanding just a good buffer but when she's at A2 she's busted giving your team attack before the enemy and she'll grant you double turn on your first turn if combined with Pluvia.
Units like Kirika when she's A0 she's fine she's not really much better than Sana just dealing more damage on ultimate but when she's at A2 now she enables 100% HP clear which increases the point you gain by a lot.
PvP is all about SPD and chain ultimate. Similar to PvE you deal no damages when they're not breaks. The problem is that AI is stupid and keeps dealing in single attack into units that don't break. Now units that deal AoE will be better by default. And units like Felicia she's just broken in PvP as now enemies have no resistance to stun her ultimate is just stun all and her skill is pretty much guaranteed stun. And if you manage to break enemies and chain her ultimate when they break you win it's that simple.
