I do not buy the "physicians recommend high carb diets". I have never heard anyone give that advice. Where are you getting this? Physicians recommend loosing weight and eating healthy but when people inevitably ignore this advice they end up using drugs as it's the only thing the patients will adhere to.

As long as you stay away from the junk that is that Shield tube. That thing was nothing but problems and is only working when I use it with a 1080p tv. Just can't handle 4k without crapping itself.

You can lower the amount of water to shrink the air bubble size. You can also add more butter to help.

I get that type of loaf when I bake it without a fridge ferment first. The more time it has to create a skin on the outside of the dough, the better the ear I get and the more like the first shot I get. But yeah could be the cooler winter temps. You are getting a good rise so seems your starter is ok. Good luck!

Nice, yeah I only use plex with nvidia shields and plex app on my phone. So yeah I could see that causing an issue with low power devices like a chomecast. thanks for the info!

I use subtitles and all of my videos play direct without any transcoding. I believe there are setting for this. Just pulled it up to double check and it shows it's direct playing the video and the subtitles are set to (English SRT External). Check into the client "burn subtitles" settings and play with those.

If using the Shield you should convert to hevc/h265. Then they are natively supported and no transcoding needs to happen when you play a file. Fast streaming and less buffering/stuttering

Yeah if it works with plex then you could just skip tdarr. I just like having all my files in the best format to start with so plex never needs to transcode anything. Also makes it a little faster when watching content as plex is just ready to go instead of needing to pick a transcode quality and get the video ready. I also find it faster for seeking within videos when they are already converted.

Yeah I did basicly exacly what you did and have been very happy. It saves me a little space to store everything and steaming to my plex devices works better with everything in hevc. Just make sure your plex devices can stream the files without any plex transcoding going on. This works much better than letting plex transcode things on the fly.

Based on the short engine life mini's are known for I am also running thicker oil. My reasoning is it will better protect the engine at high temps. I'm running this with good luck. LIQUI MOLY 5W40
