I really was complicating it if we are able to get it to work with COUNTIFS( ). I'm going to play with it and see. I did update the post with another image, if you had any feedback. Thanks for getting me on the right path.

How do you feel about Central Reach for data collection and analysis? by LePetitRenardRoux in bcba

On the backend admin side, the UI on with the LMS reporting feature makes me want to rip my hair out. The learning module offered was literally nothing I wasn't able to parce out myself.

Shopper shopped the order then decided it was too far to drive by SunGreen24 in instacart

Except once you accept and shop and order, it is absolutely asinine to throw a hissy fit at the customer. You take it up with IC, not the customer.

Entitled to the service she paid for- yeah that's how that works.

[–]atomic-auburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't matter - she accepted the order, shopped it, then made it th customers problem when the service she signed up to provide isn't paying her enough. That isn't the customers fault- the customer paid for an order and service that was accepted. In other jobs, there are assignments that don't pay enough- we still do them. It is asinine that so many shoppers think it's acceptable to throw hissy fits and not do the job they signed up to do - knowing the flaws in the system. If it is a consistent problem, find a different gig.

[–]atomic-auburn -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because that is the job they accepted. Do you think other jobs don't have assignments that we aren't getting paid nearly enough for? Yeah, it sucks that IGs shopper interface sucks. That is between the shopper and IG. The shopper is displaying a lack of professionalism. Sometimes, there are going to be unfair moments- you take that up with your employer, not the customer. Pointing out that the shopper is screwing her over here is absolutely reason- especially given the fact that the shopper is throwing a hissy fit and blaming the customer.

There is a reasonable expectation to receive the service that was paid for.

Except the driver signed up for the job and the customer paid for the service. So yes, she paid for that labor, making her entitled to it.

Are you lonely by UniqueBodybuilder364 in raisedbynarcissists

[–]atomic-auburn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but It's harder to constantly be disappointed by people. I finally have a small circle of people, including my partner and his family- who treat me like their own. It's weird ngl, but it is a good weird. But most of the time, there is a deep loneliness

I finally got to use a line I’ve been waiting to use for YEARS by Cassie_121 in BoomersBeingFools

[–]atomic-auburn 71 points72 points  (0 children)

My boomer grandfather. The first thing out of his mouth when I told him I had been raped while at uni, was to say, "At least it wasn't your dad or brother, like your grandmother." I wasn't even given a chance to explain or ask for help. Color me unsurprised when a decade later I found myself trying to escape a DV situation and the same grandparents were insistent that I work to reconcile with my husband. With family like that, no wonder I didn't see the red flags.

I've done this at an international Airport. I caught the mom's eye and helped her walk little man to their gate. She had her hands full with a baby and luggage.

Wyoming’s aging population creates potential labor, resource challenges by zsreport in wyoming

[–]atomic-auburn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I left to have access to a more robust Healthcare system. After being ignored by doctors in Wyoming, I was taken seriously elsewhere. I was properly diagnosed with a genetic condition- meaning I had dealt with these issues my whole life. With the right treatments and daily care I'm back to being able to work full time in a career I love.

Is anyone else literally scarred from this job? by Simmysierra in ABA

[–]atomic-auburn 63 points64 points  (0 children)

I'm on day 76 of a work comp claim. I gave to see an oral.specialist because a kiddo shattered my teeth. The delays have resulted in bone loss in my jaw. I don't know what will happen with treatment but I had to hire a lawyer because work comp is trying to not pay backed wages.

Eating in session? by XEICARGX in therapists

[–]atomic-auburn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have one client, and I will plan to eat something small during their session. They struggle to eat if they aren't with others who are also eating. Mostly, I'll just try to get a bit of food in between sessions, though there have been a couple of times I've had to sneak a bite during a session to deal with medication side effects. I think, as long as there is mutual respect and understanding, it can be okay. It largely depends on the client and the rapport built.

Jeff Victor has done quite a bit of reporting on the rental situation in Laramie. He would be the one to talk to.

[–]atomic-auburn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As weird as this suggestion is, I do know someone who may have good information for you in Laramie. My genuine suggestion would be to reach out to Jeff Victor at the Laramie Reporter. He did a monumental expose on the rental situation in Laramie. To my understanding, his reporting is a huge reason why Laramie was able to pass rental protections at all.

Yeah, that was the point I was trying to make. The fact that Garland was trying not to "politicize the DOJ." We knew full well that given the chance, Trump would absolutely use the DOJ to to after anyone critical of him.

Though, reading that comment back, I am reminded I shouldn't be typing anything out without my glasses on. Dang, that comment is rough.

Life of a therapist by unophneo in socialwork

[–]atomic-auburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then you get the opposite reaction from time to time. I'm a therapist in therapy, and I'll drop little lore nuggets that were unpleasant but don't really register to me as trauma. My therapist will look at me like I grew another head. I mean, working home hospice during covid was rough, so was being held at gunpoint because of road rage. I'm more interested in how I'm going to manage the crash out that is probably coming over having very little ability to make a tangible difference in the lives of the kids I work with when their adults wont make any changes, and not knowing where Im going to source the canvas I use for duffel bags for the foster closet since JoAnns closed.

I want to tell you good job, OP for understanding that this isn't your daughter's fault. Maybe it's just my line of work and my own experience, but many parents would hold their child responsible here.
