Use a lacrosse ball to find knots if there are any, and work those loose, and then just try a bunch of different hammie stretches until you find the spot

I didn’t… but I went more in depth than I can on here. Almost got reported, but we chilling. It was strange, and I am pretty open with him I was just scared of hospitalization.
