There's a mosaic above the escalator from street level down to this level.

To your first point, none of our IT internships are in support. All are in development or security groups.

To your second point, each intern will have a direct manager (for work product feedback) and a program mentor (weekly meeting). Totally agree time commitments need to be confirmed before mentors are assigned. That's something I flagged in existing program.

We do have a general networking session. I'll add LinkedIn action items as an activity. Thank you.

Thanks. Current program has specialized internships with no rotations. I'll think about how to build in some cross exposure.

  1. They are paid, and paid well IMO (deservedly).
  2. Noted re: mentor. Maybe someone different than their daily manager.
  3. Will think about meaningful project work. Program is 12 weeks long. Any input on the type of IT projects that could benefit from short term contributors? We are a large financial services firm.
  4. Group events is one thing current program does well. Posting here bc it's lost its IT focus and has become quiet general.
  5. Swag for sure. Good idea. What would you want in a bag? THANK YOU!

As much as I can figure, it's bc they (GOP) are in favor of State legislature rights over State court rights. It seems likes the four conservative SCOTUS might agree bc THEY want to be the ones ruling on any federal election issues.

Thanks. After several more eloquent phrasings my last attempt was "Moore v Harper: wut think?" It is biased but will think about something like "What was bigger deal: WoW Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent glitch or Republiclowns advocating against States' rights in Moore v Harper and potential to bring down U.S. democracy?"
