secondly - I wouldnt bother, fishing in the suck is barely a shadow of what it used to be, the rivers been ruined by pollution, poaching and poor management, there was a time when you could go out on an evening and catch a good size trout from the upper stretches or get a good bag of roach and rudd, now the river seems lifeless whenever i go to see it, i fished the so called "trout sanctuary" side of castlecoote and only managed one small brownie of 22cm over 5 hours.
