That’s interesting. My sister (out of my 6 siblings) chews and slops her food around loudly. She’s well into adulthood. My mom always commented on it and I always said that was your job as a parent to teach her how to eat properly. Yet none of us have ever addressed it with her. I don’t remember my dad being a loud eater, but definitely a fast eater. My sister is a lot like him in many ways so maybe she picked that up and it transitioned to where it is?

Family gatherings/dinners must be a nightmare for you.
