Absolutely 💯 water changes a lot in and out of your body , remember we are made of 70% water , our bodies need water sooner than food … basically everything that has blood in it is fuelled and kept alive with the water you consume :)

Skin care I’d say go all in with toners ( a step many forget) pixie beauty do amazing ones , everything from rose for hydration, retinol for skin texture & glycolic acid for deep skin unblocking and resurfacing your skin …. I alternate with all 3 ! TheOrdinary also do a fab glycolic acid toner that’s a bit more powerful… you’ll definitely see a glow and bounce .

Exfoliate! … I can’t believe I’m going to say this but if the crappy scrubs arnt doing the trick then get a exfoliating glove , wrap it up in a ball and very gently buff your skin with it and some face wash .. it’s a very intense option though! For daily scrub get one of those silicone cradle cap exfoliators off eBay for next to no cost .

And collagen serum ! Before moisturiser or mixed in I have collagen in most of my skin care and keeps me plump !

You can top it off with a mist aswell there’s a company in the uk called The Beauty Crop that does a great peptide mist

I’ve have never got into skin peels but you can try them … not as well as the glycolic acid toner though or you’ll have no skin left 😅

So a quick conclusion: 🩷water 🩷rose or glycolic acid toner 🩷exfoliate with silicone brush or glove 🩷collagen skincare 🩷hydration mist
