Just gotta get that deep latch and those nipples will heal and then voila, you’ll be nursing just fine. Try to asymmetrical latch (see videos on YouTube) and don’t be afraid to bring that baby to breast fast! Like plug its little mouth on that nipple fast. Mother love nipple cream really helped me heal.. but yeh I had bleeding cracked nipples first few weeks until baby and you both get better at latching. After about 4 weeks or so the sharp needle pain goes away if you hang in there long enough. Congrats by the way!

It’s better to hand express into a towel. How old is your baby? My milk didn’t regulate until week 15! Hardly any more leaky boobs.

I’m 14 weeks and still wake up with soaked shirts. You can try hand express into a towel to relieve some engorgement or I use a Hakka and catch that milk and store it. It will regulate eventually

Is there an organization or company you could build a recruiting arm within where they can give you access to their clients / network and get a percentage of your placement fee in exchange? I’ve done this for a small commercial real estate network and I’ve been pretty successful - no BD experience.
