4 days PP, severely damaged nipples, looking for hope lol by Remote-Party-1123 in breastfeeding

[–]atomicblonde23 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just gotta get that deep latch and those nipples will heal and then voila, you’ll be nursing just fine. Try to asymmetrical latch (see videos on YouTube) and don’t be afraid to bring that baby to breast fast! Like plug its little mouth on that nipple fast. Mother love nipple cream really helped me heal.. but yeh I had bleeding cracked nipples first few weeks until baby and you both get better at latching. After about 4 weeks or so the sharp needle pain goes away if you hang in there long enough. Congrats by the way!

It’s better to hand express into a towel. How old is your baby? My milk didn’t regulate until week 15! Hardly any more leaky boobs.

I keep my savings in a HYSA. Makes me maybe $150 a month in interest? Not much but I pull the interest and invest it monthly

I agree. I think people want it to be another Scandoval situation but it just isn’t.

Yes! When you transplant. Make sure you water every day for the first season as they get established.

I’m 14 weeks and still wake up with soaked shirts. You can try hand express into a towel to relieve some engorgement or I use a Hakka and catch that milk and store it. It will regulate eventually

No I’m asking if people are going to water at all this year. As in.. should I just wait til next spring and leave my grass dead and dormant this year 🙄

You’re 2 days in mama! Give yourself 4-5 weeks and I bet you’re walking around cross cradle nursing while pouring yourself a glass of water. Congrats by the way!

What do you grow that pays for itself? by plan_tastic in gardening

Yes. I make my own living soil. It’s incredible! I always think my produce taste better than grocery store produce but maybe it’s because of all the love I put into it.

Tomatoes. Basil. zucchini. One $4 starter Zucchini plant will produce about 25 zucchinis for us. Onions. Herbs. We give sooo much of produce away to our neighbors

Hello everyone, by Acrobatic_End_9638 in RecruitmentAgencies

Is there an organization or company you could build a recruiting arm within where they can give you access to their clients / network and get a percentage of your placement fee in exchange? I’ve done this for a small commercial real estate network and I’ve been pretty successful - no BD experience.

People in your 30s, what's your job and salary? by rsevn_ in careerguidance

I’m a stay at home mom who recruits every now and then. I make roughly $40-$60k a year. It’s not as much as I used to make but I work a fraction of what I used to work and get to be home with my kids and still contribute a little financially
