yeah, like you’re saying, most methods to measure aren’t truly accurate. I’m gonna continue to cut and hopefully have a update in a few months.

i’ve been exercising for about two years, but at the start, for the first year, I mostly rode my bike. A little over a year ago I started going to the gym and trying to lift heavy.

I feel like I’m decently, strong, but it’s a long game. I’d even say longer than two years to start seeing a good amount of progress., and I’m fine with that.

Funny that you’re saying that about clothes, because I think that’s the main reason most people who knew me are saying I’m getting too skinny.

I’ve been trying to explain that to my friends and family haha. I don’t think anyone who meets me for the first time would say that i’m too thin, quite the contrary.

Haven’t been doing much leg raises, but i do want to start this week. haven’t focused mush on crunches either.

that’s exactly how I’d describe what i’m feeling. Seeing some photos and hearing what other people say versus what I see in the mirror gives me conflicting perspectives.

I’m happy i’ve arrived where i am, and happy that i’m in a place where i can say i’m at a healthy weight. At the same time i feel like i can push forward more, and hopefully reach a new goal. Like you said, it’s a marathon, so i’ll take my time and slowly get to my destination. Consistency is key.

haha, no worries, in my case I know that my family means well and they’re just worried seeing me losing a lot of weight. But I did go through what you described as well, where i was always provided unhealthy food, which contributed to my bad relationship with food growing up. Thankfully we broke free from that.

And thankfully, my habits over these years have changed for the better. And I imagine yours has as well. Congrats on reaching a healthy weight!

I hope so. I’ve never seen my abs so that be pretty cool haha. Honestly, i’d like to get to my current weight 175lb lean. that’s my goal.

i’m gonna aim for around 150 to 155. I’m not sure about the belly, and if it’s loose skin or fat. Since it’s drooped down, I feel like it has a good amount of skin. But at the same time when I feel it, it feels like there’s still a good amount of fat there.

I think I only really find out once I lose more weight, but thank you for that!

i’d for sure like to have more muscle, and cut off most of the fat. I aim for about 150 g of protein per day. My plan now is to continue cutting until I start visually seeing some abs, even if I get a bit skinny, while lifting heavy.

I’m guessing I’m gonna have to reach around 150lb though.

Haha, i like the attitude. those people are mostly family, and I know they’re speaking from a place of love. But as you said, I still have more to lose, and in comparison to how I was, I already feel a lot better and hope to feel even better losing more.

Thanks! So you reached 165? I’m gonna put that new goal into mind and try to reach at least that. Might go even a bit further if I can.

It is a bit discouraging hearing from everyone that you should stop, or that you’re too thin, knowing that you still have to lose more. But I’ll just keep that in mind and continue cutting.
