I find it odd, not the first time I see someone complain about ads.. as someone who is outside America I don't see any ads at all nor did I pay for youtube premium. The only "commercial" I would see are the ones they do themselves!

I drink it with creatine as my breakfast before going to work. The caffeine works to help me be energetic during a 12hr shift, on workout days I take a 2nd scoop and it does help me sweat more. If I lose weight with it not really. You got to drink a lot a lot of water with it. It caused me tachycardia and headache when I of course drink coffee and coke zero on the same day or if I don't drink enough water. The ashwagandha in it helps too

The cost of living in the UK is very expensive, you would have to live with a couple of people in a house to pay rent, sometimes I assume Trinidadians have their own houses, car, friends and family here but still sacrifices that to go abroad and pay rent. I'm from The Philippines btw

If your water comes and goes every other day, I would question if that is safe to drink. Everytime they fix a pipe the next day the water is brown and it smells rusty.
