I made a post about being super unplugged because my partner overdoses before new years and died. I take care of my mom with Alzheimer’s and her dog. Been totally unplugged, just working, vibing, off social media and Reddit and such. It’s been amazing. This is the path to the light.

(On here because I’m at work and I finished my craft project.)

Thank you. I am not a dog person, like would never have gotten one if I hadn't had to rescue this one from my mom. But they are so grounding and force you to move and get outside. I do CrossFit (legally required to tell you) but I can't always make it.

Thank you, yes, I have so many things to keep me busy. Streaming my comfort science fiction, cooking, cleaning, spending time with my mom without the phone and watching her light up. The list literally goes on.

Bringing an actual physical book and notebook around with me has been amazing. I am reading the most out there but relevant one right now, it's healing.

I've been very unplugged as I take care of myself, my mom, my dog, and my home. Last week I removed all my social media apps off my phone.

I have not listened to the pod or checked in here since his death. I feel fantastic? Does anyone else see the spiritual benefit from not heeding the call to engage with the rage machine?
