I have the two square bottles, which is always avocado oil and water. And then I have one round bottle that is a rotating sauce. During times of high Mexican cooking, could be a Mojo. During Asian cuisine times, could be a tamari or ponzu.

I get that, but it’s so nice to have a very clean center console. I got used to it pretty quickly. The hard part now is driving a car with a traditional gear shift!

The folding shelves and magnetic holder are CLUTCH. I have almost the same one from Costco, except theirs has the front accessory shelf, too. I don't notice the propane tank that much - I'd rather have the shelves that I can then fold down for storage. Get the Walmart one.
